We try to show the most beneficial and suitable results in response to shopper searches. Users can type their tasks or (task Keywords) into the search bar and apply filters to narrow their search results further. We generally show Promoted listings or Featured listings (which are paid for by our advertisers) before showing you all search results.
You can find almost any type of service pertaining to business on Viablac. Use the search bar near the top of your screen to search for key terms (e.g., restaurants, nail salons, logo design, web developer, voice-over services, photography, or the name of a specific business).
When you add a listing to Viablac, it has to be evaluated by our moderators before it appears in search results. If you added a listing recently, but you can’t find it in search, it’s likely that it still has to be evaluated; this process can take up to 24 hours. Please don’t submit the same listing multiple times.
To review a business on Viablac you must first create an account. Next, locate the business you’re trying to review by using the search bar located on the website’s home page. Once you’ve found the listing/business page, click or tap Rate us and Review, and you’ll be led through the remaining steps to finish.
You can save or share your reviews across social media by simply clicking the share or save button after you’ve reviewed a business or service provider.

The easiest way to claim your listing is to search for it—type in the name of your business in the search bar.
If there is no option to claim the page:
Viablac publishes listing and business information so that consumers can share their experiences about local service providers and because the data is a matter of public record and concern. We do not remove listing information from the site.
It’s a necessary (and a legal right) for consumers to find and share helpful information about great local freelancers and agencies.
If you need to update or change the information on your listing, please make any necessary changes by claiming and editing your listing information.
The appointment/booking feature is only available on paid plans. User must Log-in to the dashboard, click on appointments and Select the appointment duration for each slot (eg.30 mins then select the listing name that will be accepting appointments (eg. “Graphics Plus”).
Listings marked as verified will have a verification badge shown next to the listing title in Single Listing Page, in Explore page results, etc. This can help them stand out among other search results.
However, there isn’t any special priority given to these listings in search results. To achieve that, you can choose a featured or promotional plan.
There are a couple of different ways in which a listing can gain verified status:
When a claim entry is submitted and approved, the listing will get marked as verified and marked with a blue verification check mark badge
When a listing expires, it is unpublished. You will be able to republish it by going to user menu > my listings > click “Relist”
You will be asked to choose a package and the listing will be relisted once payment is done and approved by administrator.
