What Push In To Entrepreneurship

There’s a push by things like poor treatment in our work environment and push through unemployment, some people are let go and they’re stuck in unemployment for a while. They have the idea of starting a business and they do so.

Unemployment itself could be that instigator, that incentive towards entrepreneurship. And then, there is the valuing of ourselves within certain environments. Many people are performing at a high level, but what they notices that they’re being passed over or they’re not actually being paid at the level that others are being paid.

And then also the ultimate is being asked to train somebody who has come in after you. And then you watch that person rise and go ahead of you. Right? So that’s the ultimate.
